What this service is
STL Pool Cost (stlpoolcost.com) publishes pool cost information for the St. Louis metropolitan area and, on request, matches homeowners with local pool builders. We are a matching service, not a builder or contractor. We do not design, sell, install, or warrant pools, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a builder.
Estimates are planning ranges, not quotes
Every price on this site — cost guides, calculator results, feature adders, and ownership ranges — is a planning estimate based on typical local projects. Your actual price depends on your property, access, soil, utilities, materials, and the builder you choose. Only a written quote from a builder after a site visit is an offer you can rely on.
Matching and consent
- When you submit the quote form, check the consent box, and verify your phone number, you authorize us to share your project and contact information with one matched builder, who may contact you about your project by phone, text, and email (see the privacy policy for the full consent record and opt-out details).
- There is no obligation to hire any builder you are matched with.
- Builders in the network agree to published builder standards, but we do not guarantee any builder's work, schedule, or pricing. Verify licensing, insurance, permits, and references before signing a construction contract.
- The service is free for homeowners. Builders pay for verified introductions and, optionally, territory arrangements.
Acceptable use
- Submit only your own, accurate information, for a real project at a property you own or are buying.
- Do not submit automated, bulk, or fraudulent requests. Form submissions are monitored with anti-spam technology; abusive submissions may be blocked and logged.
- Photography on this site is stock imagery used for illustration, credited in our codebase, and never presented as a specific local project.
Content and liability
Site content (guides, ranges, and articles) is provided for general planning information, in good faith, and may be updated or corrected without notice. Permit, setback, and code information is a starting point — confirm requirements with your city and county before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (for homeowners, zero).
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with its date above. Questions: hello@stlpoolcost.com.
